Rooted in Irish mythology, my name represents bravery, poetry and adventure. I qualified as a Physio from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Holland in 2022 and then moved to the south of Portugal where I set up my own freelance massage business and lived in a van. This year, I completed my Reiki Level 1 & 2 courses and became a Breathwork facilitator. I’m now based in Ireland.
